Next Step
The hardest part about starting therapy is making the decision to schedule the appointment and then actually showing up for the first appointment! You are almost through the first step by determining which of our therapists will be the best fit for you! During your first session, the therapist will easily guide you through the session to gain an understanding of your current stressors, along with gathering your personal history. You will collaborate to identify therapeutic goals. Rest assured, you set the pace of therapy and determine which goals you are ready to work on!
