Child, Adolescent, & Emerging Adult
Child and Adolescent Therapy
Therapy for children and adolescents provides age-appropriate mental health support for individuals facing emotional, behavioral, social, or developmental challenges. Therapy helps young clients express their feelings, develop coping skills, and build healthy relationships. Common issues addressed include anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, school stress, family changes (like divorce), and peer difficulties.
Therapy for College-Aged Students & Emerging Adults
Whether transitioning to college, entering the workforce, or seeking personal direction, young adults often face anxiety, depression, stress, and uncertainty. Early adulthood is marked by identity exploration, increasing independence, academic and career pressures, and evolving relationships. Therapy can provide a space to build resilience, gain clarity, and develop the tools needed to help support during this pivotal period of growth and self-discovery.
